Availability and handling

Most orders are ready for collection or despatch within 1 – 3 days. Please add a comment to your order or telephone us if you have an urgent delivery deadline and we will do our best to help. Certain products have a longer lead time of 5 – 7 days and this information is clearly stated on the product page.

Delivery charges

We try to keep p&p prices as simple and as low as we can.

  • Collection from our shop in Scotgate, Stamford PE9 2YB is FREE.
  • The cost of delivery to your address depends on what you order. The shopping cart will automatically apply the lowest available cost to your complete order before payment is taken at the checkout.

You can see what the cost will be before going to the checkout by clicking ‘View Basket’ and ‘Estimate Shipping and Tax’.

UK rates

The following rates are used:

Items of value up to about £25 are sent via Royal Mail Packet Post for a single handling and delivery price of £3.99 per order.

Items above £25 require a signature on delivery. If they can be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (UK), there is a single handling and delivery price of £4.99 per order.

Larger parcels are despatched using a courier service at a fixed price of £9.99 per order.

Scooters and similar large items are normally despatched via a ‘white glove’ service that includes unpacking, setup and demonstration of the product at your premises. Price for this depends on the individual scooter selected and your location.

Overseas Orders:

Orders for delivery overseas are sent using Royal Mail Signed For Airmail Service for £14.99 per item.

Larger orders are despatched using a courier service – it depends on the size and weight of the parcel so we will need to let you know a final price once we have the order. Or you can contact us by e-mail for a carriage quote.

Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return an item, we will be happy to refund or exchange, as outlined on the returns form enclosed in your parcel.

Goods must be complete, in ‘AS NEW’ condition and must be re-packaged as received. Clothing items must be unworn.  Goods must be returned within 28 days. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty items after 28 days.

A full refund of the cost of the goods will be made upon inspection of the goods by our returns department. Any refund due to the customer will be administered in a timely manner. Once completion of a return has occurred, any monies due to the customer will be administered in a timely manner. Payment will be made within 14 days of receiving the goods back or proof that they are being returned, whichever is earliest.

We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.
