Retail Shop

If you’d like to see our products or to discuss your requirements, why not call in to our shop at 9 Scotgate, Stamford. Parking is easy as we are right next to the Scotgate car park. We’d be delighted to help you!

Online ordering

You can safely and easily order our products on line using our shopping cart system.
Add one product to the cart by clicking the ‘add to cart’ link against the product listing. You can review, change or cancel your order at any time prior to the checkout by clicking the ‘view cart’ button which is located at the top right of each page.
To complete your order, go to your shopping cart and click the ‘checkout’ link. This will take you to a secure encrypted server, where you will be asked for your delivery address and given a choice of payment options. You can pay by credit, debit card or PayPal.

Credit card transactions

Credit card transactions are securely processed via HSBC Bank PLC, using the highest level encryption that is commercially available. The transaction on your statement will show ‘Scotgate Mobility Limited’.

Cheque payments

If you prefer to pay by cheque, please print off your order. Make your cheque payable to ‘Scotgate Mobility Ltd’ and send to Scotgate Mobility Ltd, 9 Scotgate, Stamford, PE9 2YB.
Your order will be despatched after your cheque has cleared.

Telephone orders: call 01780 763276

If you prefer not to use your credit card on line, we can take card payment details over the phone. Please complete the order on line in the usual way and then call us on 01780 763276. We can then confirm the order and take the payment details by phone.

Overseas Orders

For overseas orders, the simplest payment method is PayPal. If you order from overseas and make payment by credit/debit card, we will ask for additional verification which may delay your order for a few days. We may not accept orders if we can’t verify the payment.

Stock and despatch

Stock is held in the UK, and most orders are despatched within 1 – 3 days. We don’t have everything at our retail shop and some items are despatched directly from the manufacturer. Please add a comment to your order or phone us if you have an urgent delivery deadline. We will always do our best to help. Certain products have a longer lead time of 5 – 7 days and this information is clearly stated on the product page.  You can read more about our delivery and returns procedures here.
